Anti-fog and ventilation solve different problems.

Anti-fog performance is intended to support visibility where moisture can form on the inside surface of chilled packaging. It does not automatically define airflow, respiration control or shelf life. Those requirements must be discussed separately against the food, package and cold-chain conditions.
