A flexible pack is part of a production system.

Bag performance depends on more than a material name. The packed product, target weight, film dimensions, sealing window, line speed, moisture conditions, display needs and downstream handling all affect the specification. SINOPAC coordinates these inputs with established production partners.

CPP produce bag questions from packing teams.

A workable bag specification connects material, converting and print choices to the product and equipment. These answers define the first discussion, not a substitute for line trials or approval samples.

What information determines a CPP produce bag specification?

The product, fill weight, bag dimensions, gauge, sealing method, line speed, temperature, moisture, display requirements and downstream handling all matter. A current bag, film reference or machine specification is useful where available.

Can CPP produce bags be custom printed?

Printed programmes can be discussed for commercial volumes. Artwork, colours, print area, bag construction, production method, approval process and forecast quantity must be reviewed before feasibility and MOQ can be confirmed.

Can anti-fog or micro-perforation be added?

Both can be considered, but they address different conditions. Suitability must be reviewed against moisture, visibility, produce respiration, film construction and line requirements rather than added as generic features.

What is the MOQ for custom CPP produce bags in New Zealand?

MOQ is project-specific and depends on dimensions, gauge, printing, converting process, manufacturing run and freight. SINOPAC normally plans around commercial-volume requirements and confirms quantity after reviewing the forecast and full specification.

Review your produce bag specification.

Tell us the bag dimensions, packed product, monthly use and whether you need a zipper or self-seal closure. We will assess the brief, discuss sample availability and agree the checks needed before a commercial quote. Printing, ventilation and anti-fog performance are confirmed for the selected construction.
